Customer feedback leads to enhanced performance for team communication software provider
CommuniClique, an innovative provider of team communication software delivered as a service, today announced its release of the “Call All” feature as well as phone extension support. “Call All” allows a subscriber to place a call to everyone on their team with one click. The phone extension support gives the users and subscribers alike the ability to input their extension so the incoming calls will be forwarded directly to them. The CommuniClique solution enables users to easily manage projects and teams (cliques) through any platform.
Customer feedback and ongoing testing has led to enhanced performance and increased user accessibility. “This wouldn’t have been possible without our user support team and feedback from the existing subscriber base,” said Danny Boice Co-Founder and Chief Vision Officer. CommuniClique enables its customers to easily conduct real-time online meetings while talking over a proactive conference bridge no matter where in the world they are. In addition, CommuniClique offers call/meeting recording, communication logging, document management, SMS text message alerts, RSS and user contributed content management systems like Wiki’s. CommuniClique was launched in early 2006 and is currently offering version 1.8 of its on demand service.
